2. Description of Service and Local Processing
WeFixImage provides web-based image manipulation tools, including AI-powered background removal. Our services operate entirely within your local browser environment using client-side WebAssembly and local machine learning models. We do not host, store, or process your images on our servers.
3. License and Usage
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our utilities for both personal and commercial image processing. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or hack the website infrastructure.
4. User Content and Responsibility
Because all processing is done locally on your device, you retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the images you process using WeFixImage.
- We do not monitor, claim ownership of, or assume responsibility for any content you process.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and modify the images you process through our tools.
5. Intellectual Property
The application interface, design, brand assets, logos, and proprietary web-architecture are the property of WeFixImage and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Our tools also utilize open-source machine learning models (such as those hosted via Hugging Face) which remain under their respective open-source licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. WeFixImage makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the tools. We do not guarantee that the AI background removal will be perfectly accurate for every image, nor do we guarantee that the website will be entirely free from bugs, errors, or interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeFixImage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data if your browser crashes during local processing, loss of profits, or business interruption.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates with third-party services for hosting, model delivery (e.g., Hugging Face), and advertising (e.g., Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.
9. Modifications to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our service with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between WeFixImage and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or your use of the service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Poland. WeFixImage makes no representation that these services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
